Genevieve Clair Lorraine will be 3 in 6.5 hours

At 6:13am March 14, 2007---she will officially be 3 years old. And she is being just as obnoxious and unsettled tonight as she was the night I went into labor. And I remember feeling like I. JUST. WANT. TO. SLEEP!!!! And I couldnt, because this little girl was pushing and prodding her way to being born. And now I can't because the same little girl is pushing and prodding and fighting her Daddy because she doesn't want to go to sleep! She is soooo sleepy, and sooooooooooooo stubborn! I'm just kind of in shock that she's so big! Where has the time gone?! And why is she so stinkin stubborn!! LOL
She has big plans for her birthday. We're hoping it doesn't rain tomorrow. She told me one week ago, that she wanted to go to the zoo, then eat lunch at chik-fil-a and have ice cream! So we're supposed to do just that with a few of her friends. She's so excited, and I'm sure that's one reason she doesn't want to go to sleep.
She's also having a "Princess Party" this weekend. :)

Nesting---30 weeks and counting...I have lost my mind!!

I can't rip myself away from the sewing machine!! Except for 10 min here and there to swap out the laundry, feed the kids, and make sure that basic needs are met and my house doesn't get destroyed. LOL And you know how normally (I think I mentioned) once I start a project, I can't stop until that project is done?! Well---not so much the case this week....I have my nursery things going, a valance for the playroom, a few mei tai's, and whatever else I get the urge to do.....lol I just get bored with one and go to another. I'll get it all done soon, but I can't stay on just one project for some reason!! I think my sewing machine is gonna bite the dust if I don't chill out. Its not the best in the world......poor thing. I DID post more blog installments, only on a different blog. Some of my posts were of a bitter, angry, "everything is unfair" type....but know that I'm over it all now. The people it involves are much loved and all has been forgiven. (Well, the family stuff anyway) lol So...I did, I did, I did post more!! See!!?? And reading back through a lot of it is very painful...because I know what was going on behind the words typed there. Anyway, there's some background of me, and whats gone on in my life the last 2-3 years or so...well, some of it. A Little South of Sanity Great name, huh? I just didn't think I could link to it. :)

baby names

Well I said before that if this baby is a boy, its name would be Davin---Davey decided he doesn't really like that name very much and gave me a really good reason why, so I've decided that its okay NOT to use that name.... A little girl will be Ella or Ellie, and I'm keeping the name we've chosen for a boy kinda quiet except to close friends and relatives that I can trust not to say ugly things.... As far as my immediate family (mom dad siblings etc...) the baby will be Harry or Sue. lol I'm not telling them another thing because they've been so rude about it. Its my baby and if I want to name it Prudence or Darwin or Nancy or John or whatever, I will! (I don't like those names, btw...lol) In other words....people need to keep their comments to themselves. just like with TRIP I will call my child what I want to, like it or not.
